More about CSTAG

Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Guidelines (CSTAG) is the only threat assessment model of its kind to be recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices as a result of several peer reviewed controlled/field studies demonstrating its effectiveness across multiple variables, including increased school safety, decreased suspension rates, and decreased disciplinary disparity.  Authored by Dr. Dewey Cornell, the CSTAG model utilizes an easy to use decision tree to help school staff effectively investigate and address threats of violence.

As a contracted national CSTAG trainer/coach, Mark offers virtual and onsite trainings and/or coaching on the model.  Trainings are available for schools/districts/ISD's whose staff may be new to CSTAG, and advanced trainings are available for more experienced teams already utilizing the model.  Contact Mark directly to learn more about CSTAG trainings or to schedule one for your team!
